Mackenzie Kilshaw (Firby) is a Canadian entrepreneur with a Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan.

Her first business, Two Fifty Two Boutique (TFT) was opened in Saskatoon in 2014 and a second location in Regina in 2017. Mackenzie developed and produces  #WINNING. In late 2022, Mackenzie sold TFT and is currently developing a coaching program for entrepreneurs and small business owners to accompany the podcast.

She has been a finalist and recipient of various awards including YWCA Women of Distinction, SABEX and ABEX awards. She's been the recipient of two Customer Service SABEX awards and the New Business Venture SABEX Award.

In 2017, Mackenzie received the Canada 150 Medal for her dedication to community involvement and volunteerism.

Mackenzie sits on the Board of Directors for the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

She resides in Saskatchewan with her husband and step-son.
